Cael Sanderson defines Undefeated
“Being undefeated means that you give your very best effort all the time-- in training, competition and life. Doing everything in your power to be the best you can be daily, over your season and your career. Regardless of uncontrollable circumstances or how you feel physically, you can always give your best - and that's what true success is. Winning isn't everything, but it is much more fun to win then to lose and it is definitely worth fighting for. Doing everything possible to win (with good sportsmanship of course) is the key. Attacking your goals with everything you think, say, and do is what being undefeated is all about. An Undefeated athlete has a total commitment to excellence. Total commitment is being committed at all times and all places, good times and bad. Most people are casually committed to their goals - committed when it is easy and convenient. Getting the best nutrition possible to help you attack your goals is part of a total commitment. That's where Undefeated Sport Nutrition comes in. Undefeated products were created for wrestlers. To help them feel the best they can and ultimately be the best they can be.”
